Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 30.10.2025, whereby the interim prayer of the petitioner seeking stay on the transfer has been declined holding that the petitioner can come back to defend himself in the criminal case and the respondents have agreed to grant leave as per availability.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in a false case while he was performing his official duties and most of the prosecution witnesses in the trial have already been examined and the trial is likely to conclude.
