1. Appellant impugns the order dated 25.08.2025, whereby the direction was issued to respondent - Transport Authority to decide the application of respondent no.4 for grant of a Regular Stage Carriage Permit within a period of one month.
2. Learned counsel for appellant submits that though a period of one month was prescribed by the Court to decide the application of respondent no.4, the same is not yet been decided.
