2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 17.06.2025 (Annexure P/1) passed by respondent No.3 whereby, the petitioner has been transferred from Tehsil- Manasa, District - Neemuch to Tehsil - Javad, DistrictNeemuch.

3. It is submitted that the respondents/competent authority be directed to decide the petitioner's representation and till then the petitioner may be allowed to continue at the present place of posting i.e. TehsilManasa, District - Neemuch.
