This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 17.06.2025 (Anneuure P/1) passed by respondent No.2 whereby, the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. HSS Girls School, Maheshwar, District Khargone to Govt. MS N. Titar Bangli, Block Bhagwanpura, District Khargone.
3. It is submitted that the respondents/competent authority be directed to decide the petitioner's representation and till then the petitioner may be allowed to continue at the present place of posting i.e., Govt. HSS Girls School, Maheshwar, District Khargone....
