JABALPUR, India, Nov. 16 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 17:
None appears for the petitioner.
It is noticed that petitioner had earlier filed a Habeas Corpus petition being W.P. No. 33727 of 2025 which was dismissed as withdrawn after this Court opined that it appeared to be a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the Corpus
None appears for the petitioner despite pass over. However, there is no change circumstance after the petitioner had earlier withdrawn the petition when this Court held that the dispute between the parties was the matrimonial dispute.
Consequently, the petition is dismissed.
