JABALPUR, India, Nov. 16 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 17:
Learned counsel appearing for State submits that by order dated 27.09.2025 the Corpus is under preventive detention and order dated 27.09.2025 has been passed in exercise of powers under Section 3 (2) of the National Security Act, 1980 and petitioner is at liberty to file a representation to Advisory Board.
Accordingly, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the rights of the detenue to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
Petition, is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
