JABALPUR, India, April 17 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 17:
Learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal, however, prays that the cost imposed by the impugned order be recalled.
We note that the appellant was the one who had initially made a complaint based on which action was taken by the competent authority of transfer against the private respondent. The said transfer order has been quashed. The writ court has held that the appellant though may be a complainant has no locus standi to intervene in a service matter and as such dismissed the review petition but imposed cost of Rs.1000/- on the apellant.
