JABALPUR, India, April 17 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 17:
Petitioner seeks direction to the respondent/State to complete the acquisition for construction of the approach road to the newly constructed bridge.
Learned counsel for the State assures that the time bound steps shall be taken to complete that position preceding and to construct approach road to the bridge as per the project sanctioned by the authority.
In view of the above, the statement is taken on record and no further order is called for in the petition.
