JABALPUR, India, Nov. 16 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 15:
I.A. No. 20063 of 2025
This is an application on behalf of petitioner seeking withdrawal of the Habeas Corpus petition. It is contended that after filing of the petition, the corpus, who is a major and a friend, has established connection with him and he is satisfied that she is not in any wrongful confinement. He, accordingly, seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
In view of the above, the application is allowed.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
