JABALPUR, India, March 31 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 26:
After some arguments, learned counsel for appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal reserving the right of the appellant to apply for a fresh license.
Appeal is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
It is clarified that in case, the appellant applies for fresh license, same shall be considered by the competent authority in accordance with law.
It is also clarified that this Court has neither considered nor commented on the merits of contention of either party.
