JABALPUR, India, Feb. 19 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 19:
1. Petitioner has filed this subject petition styled as a public interest litigation contending that there is large scale misuse of the public fund.
2. We note that there is no material as to substantiate the allegation. As per learned counsel for the petitioner, the bills were uploaded on the website and thus the petitioner has already made a complaint to the Lokayukta (Annexure P-5).
3. The petition shows that the Lokayukta has already taken cognizance and issued notice to the petitioner to come and substantiate the allegation.
