JABALPUR, India, Nov. 16 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 15:
Corpus has been produced in Court by Shri Deepak Mandloi, Sub Inspector and Lady Constable-1993 Ms. Pritee Thakur. She aged over 20 years and states that she has married the petitioner and wishes to stay with him.
Since the Corpus is present in Court and expresses her desire to stay with the petitioner, the Corpus is not in any confinement and is at liberty to go as per her desires, petition is accordingly disposed of.
