JABALPUR, India, March 31 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 26:
Shri Sumit Raizada, learned counsel who had filed the appeal submits that on account of typographical error, the name of Ms Vrindabai was mentioned in the appeal memo whereas there is no authority or Vakalatnama executed by her. He submits that it was not noticed that she had already expired before the appeal was filed. The statement is taken on record.
Learned counsel for appellant No.1 to 6 seeks leave to withdraw the appeal.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
