Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though petitioner has filed an objection to the award seeking enhancement, however prays that the admitted amount assessed and deposited with the Land Acquisition Officer be disbursed to the petitioner.
In view of the above limited prayer, this petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to approach the Land Acquisition Officer and to complete all the requisite formalities and on completion of the formalities, the admitted assessed amount be disbursed to the petitioner within a period of 30 days of completion of formalities.
