JABALPUR, India, March 28 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 24:
1. Appellant impugns order dated 09.07.2025, whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant challenging his transfer has been disposed off with a direction to the appellant to first join the place of posting and then with a direction to the competent authority to decide the representation within 30 days from the date of joining.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that appellant has joined the place of posting on 20th February, 2026.
3. In terms of the impugned order dated 09.07.2025 the respondent authorities shall decide the representation in accordance with law within a period of 30 days.
