JABALPUR, India, Nov. 16 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 17:
Corpus has been produced in Court. He is aged about 16 years. He states that he had left the home on his own and now wishes to stay with his mother. The petitioner who is maternal grandfather and the mother of the corpus are present in Court, they have also expressed desire to accept the child.
In view of the above, petition is disposed of directing the State to handover the custody of corpus to his mother.
