JABALPUR, India, March 28 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 25:
Corpus is produced by Ms. Aabha Dubey, S.I. and Shri Jitendra Kumar, Constable, Police Station - Ranjhi, District - Jabalpur (M.P.)
Petitioner and his wife i.e. parents of the corpus are also present in the Court.
Corpus is present in the Court, she is a major. She states that she has already solemnized marriage and does not wish to return to her parental home and wishes to stay with her husband.
In view of the fact that corpus is a major and is not in any wrongful confinement, no orders are called for in the petition.
The petition is accordingly disposed of.
