JABALPUR, India, Dec. 17 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment on Nov. 17:
The corpus is produced by the Sub Inspector, Prabhakar Singh Parihar, Police Station Gorakhpur, Jabalpur and by Female Constable No.2769, Ms. Deepika Singh, Police Station Gorakhpur, Jabalpur.
The corpus is major. She states that though she is married to the petitioner, however for certain personal reasons, she had voluntarily left her matrimonial house and wishes to stay at her parents house. She states that she is not in any wrongful confinement and living at her own will.
In view of the above statement of the corpus, no further order need to be passed.
The petition is accordingly, disposed of.
