JABALPUR, India, Nov. 16 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 15:
The Corpus has been brought to the Court by Shri Ritesh Pandey - Inspector, Thana Gohalpur, District Jabalpur. He informed that the Corpus is bedridden and has been brought to Court in an ambulance. The Investigating Officer has verified the factum that the Corpus is present in the Court premises.
The son of the Corpus/respondent no.5 is present. Investigating Officer has recorded the statement of Corpus and she has stated that she has no dispute with her husband i.e. petitioner and is living with the younger son because he takes care of her.
