The subject petition has been filed by the petitioner impugning the setting up of Durga Pandals for undertaking Durga Pooja during the period of Dusshera.
Since the period is already over and none appears for the petitioner.
The petition is dismissed as infructuous.
The question of facts and law raised by the petitioner is left open.
