JABALPUR, India, Jan. 27 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 5:
The corpus is produced in Court by Sub Inspector, Shri Suresh Kumar Raidas and Constable 796, Ms. Saroj Baiga, Police Station Beohari, District Shahdol and she says that she has left her mother's home at her own. She further states that she has already performed marriage with one Mr. Anand Gaur and is living with him. She states that she does not wish to return to her mother's home.
Since the corpus is major and has left her mother's house of her own and she is not in a wrongful confinement, as such no further order is called for in the petition.
The petition is accordingly disposed of.
