Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already given a representation against the alleged wrongful termination of his contract. He further submits that the respondents have invited a bid for the balance work, however, the work executed by the petitioner till date has not been entered in the measurement book. He submits that he shall be satisfied in case a direction be issued to the respondents to measure the work already executed by the petitioner and entered the same in the measurement book.
