JABALPUR, India, Feb. 19 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 16:
1. By this petition, petitioner seeks direction to the concerned Collector to decide the Case No.0565/A64/2024-25 expeditiously.
2. Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 who appears on advance notice submits that petitioner has filed the said case raising certain grounds for taking benefit in collateral proceedings. He however states that the concerned Collector shall dispose of the case in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
