JABALPUR, India, March 28 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 25:
Corpus is produced in the Court by Shri Pritam Singh, A.S.I. and Mrs. Hema Garg, Lady constable, Police Station - Amanganj, District Panna (M.P.).
Parents of corpus are also present in the Court.
The Investigating Officers state that as per their investigation, the corpus is a major and over 18 years of age. Reliance has placed on the Birth Certificate dated 13.01.2008, her school admission register as well as the Aadhar Card. The corpus states that she has performed marriage and does not wish to return to her parental home and wishes to stay with her husband.
