JABALPUR, India, Dec. 17 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment on Nov. 17:
Petitioners have impugned circular dated 13.12.2024 on the ground that the same imposes a liability on the former District Judges to furnish a live certificate in person at the place of demitting office.
Respondents have filed their reply dated 11.11.2025 which is taken on record.
The subsequent circular has been issued by the competent authority dated 07.11.2025 stating that the State has withdrawn the entire circular dated 13.12.2024.
In view of the fact that the impugned circular dated 13.12.2024 and all consequential actions taken thereafter have been withdrawn by the respondents, nothing survives in the petition.
