JABALPUR, India, Dec. 17 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment on Nov. 17:
1. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is executing several important projects and contracts which were awarded to the petitioner despite similar clause being there in the tender documents by the railway authorities as well as by other government agencies. He, however, seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the right of the petitioner to file a representation with the respondent.
2. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. In case, the representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the respondents in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
