JABALPUR, India, March 31 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 27:
By this application, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the the petition reserving his right to approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court with regard to Election of the Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh. Accordingly, I.A.No.4161 of 2026 is allowed.
In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
