JABALPUR, India, Feb. 19 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 19:
Learned counsels for petitioners submit that in view of the subsequent orders passed by the Government, both the petitions have become infructuous.
They further submit that the subsequent orders have been challenged in W.P.No.41569/2025 and contend that petitions be disposed of without prejudice to their rights and contentions in W.P.No.41569/2025.
In view of the above, both the petitions are disposed of as rendered infructuous.
