JABALPUR, India, Nov. 22 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 27:
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that after filing of the petition, order has been duly complied with by the Tehsildar. Accordingly, he does not wish to press the petition any further.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
