1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the petition, the order passed by the Collector u/S 14 of the SARFAESI Act has been complied with.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents No.4 & 5 submits that since there was mandatory direction issued by order dated 09.10.2025, the possession was forcibly taken from the respondents No.4 & 5.
