JABALPUR, India, March 19 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 17:

Learned counsel for appellant submits that on account of typographical error, the miscellaneous second appeal has been filed as a miscellaneous appeal.

He seeks permission to correct the error.

Leave is granted. Let the amended memo of appeal be filed within one week.

On filing of amended memo of appeal, Registry shall verify the same and if in order, register the same as miscellaneous second appeal.

Proceedings in Miscellaneous Appeal No.8715/2025 are accordingly closed.

Copy of this order be placed in the miscellaneous second appeal.
