JABALPUR, India, March 25 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 23:
1. Petitioners have filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to fill up the post of Middle School Teachers on the basis of Teacher Eligibility Test, 2018 in light of the rules than prevailing.
2. As per the petitioners, they had qualified Teacher Eligibility Test in the year 2018. He states that there are still seats available and as such based on the said eligibility test, the petitioners should be appointed. It is further stated that subsequently, in the year 2022, the rules were amended and Selection Test has been introduced.
