JABALPUR, India, March 19 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 17:
Learned counsel for appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal reserving the right of appellant to take appropriate proceedings, in case the respondent incorrectly determine the retiral benefits. In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
