JABALPUR, India, Dec. 11 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Nov. 11:
Learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. He, however, reserves the right to file an application seeking transfer of the wife of appellant to the same place or an adjoining place.
In view of the above, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
In case a representation is given by the wife of appellant for being posted to the same station or close by, respondents shall sympathetically consider the same, in accordance with the rules.
