JABALPUR, India, March 19 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 13:
Office has raised an objection with regard to lack of territorial jurisdiction of this Court, since the order impugned has been passed by the Armed Force Tribunal, Regional Bench at Jammu.
Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional High Court.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
