RANCHI, India, Aug. 21 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on July 21:
1. Mr. B.R. Rochan, the learned counsel on instruction from Mr. Arun Kumar, the learned counsel on record on behalf of the petitioners submits this petition has become infructuous and in view of that he seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.
2. Mr. Rahul Kamlesh, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P/ State has got no objection for the same.
3. This petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
