This First Appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 18.12.2006 and award dated 08.01.2007 passed by learned Sub-Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Land Acquisition, Hazaribagh making award under section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act in Land Reference Case No. 133 of 1992 arising out of Land Acquisition Case No. 46 of 80- 81/ 21 of 88-89.
