RANCHI, India, Nov. 25 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 29:
1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioners have challenged the notice dated 14.06.2025 and 12.6.2025 issued by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) directing the petitioners to appear before them and produce evidence in support of their claim. It has been further mentioned in the notice that if the petitioners do not appear within particular time, as mentioned in the notice, appropriate order will be passed.
3. The petitioners claim that they have requisite qualifications which the JSSC doubts. Thus, notice has been issued to the petitioners.
