RANCHI, India, April 15 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 13:
No one turns up on behalf of the petitioners in spite of repeated calls.
Learned Addl.P.P. appearing for the State submits that there is no merit in this case, hence, the petitioners are not diligent in prosecuting this case.
Accordingly, this case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
