RANCHI, India, Nov. 12 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 13:

1. Mrs. Niki Sinha, learned C.G.C. appearing for the appellants-Union of India, on instruction, has submitted that all legally admissible dues have already been paid to the respondent no. 1, who is no more. Hence, as per instructions, she does not intend to press this appeal.

2. In view thereof, it has been submitted by the learned C.G.C. appearing for the appellants - Union of India, that the instant Letters Patent Appeal has now become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the instant Letters Patent Appeal, being L.P.A. No. 07 of 2011, is dismissed as infructuous and as such, stands disposed of.
