RANCHI, India, April 15 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 13:
1. Mr. Kumar Vaibhav, learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this appeal, on the grounds of low tax effect.
2. Accordingly, we allow the withdrawal of this appeal leaving the questions of law open.
