RANCHI, India, Aug. 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on July 21:

1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the land in question has been measured by Government Amin, however, the said measurement is not proper. Hence, though the writ petition has now become infructuous, the petitioner may be given liberty to take recourse as available under law against the said measurement done by the Government Amin.

2. Considering the said submission, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

3. Pending I.A., if any, stands closed.
