JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SURESH SINGH V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, May 25 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 23:

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.P.P. is present.

2. Learned A.P.P. has filed an affidavit at Bar. Let the same be kept on record.

3. It appears from the affidavit filed by the learned A.P.P. that the sole appellant Suresh Singh @ Suresh Kr. Sinha has died on 14.11.2021 and his death certificate has also been annexed.

4. Accordingly, this appeal stands abated.
