This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed at the instance of the petitioner for restoration of A.B.A. No. 7348 of 2023 to its original file.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that A.B.A. No. 7348 of 2023 was dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 05.10.2023 to file a supplementary affidavit.
