RANCHI, India, June 18 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 15:
1. Counter-affidavit handed over by the learned APP be kept on record.
2. It appears that the sole petitioner who was convicted for the offence under Section 407 of the IPC by the learned trial Court and upheld by the learned appellate Court in Cr. Appeal No. 146 of 2010 passed by Addl. Judicial Commissioner-XVIII, Ranchi, has died. The death certificate has also been brought on record by way of filing counter-affidavit.
3. In view of the above, this revision stands abated and disposed of, accordingly.
