RANCHI, India, Aug. 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on July 21:
1. The sole appellant in this case has expired on 19.01.2025. The death certificate has been brought on record.
2. After perusing the record, I find that there is no application for substitution.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the legal heirs of deceased are not interested in pursuing the proceeding.
4. Considering the aforesaid submission and the fact that the sole appellant has died and there is no substitution application, this criminal appeal stands abated.
5. I.A. No. 453 of 2019 and I.A. No. 9435 of 2025 stand disposed of.
