RANCHI, India, Nov. 18 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 17:
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in para 5 (i) it has been stated that the mother of the petitioner applied for compassionate appointment, however, it should be clarified that the mother of the petitioner applied for compassionate appointment in favour of her son.
2. Let the same be read in paragraph 5 (i) of order dated 07.07.2025 in W.P. (S) No. 2767 of 2025.
3. However, the fact will not change the finding given in para 7 and 8 of the order under review; as such, no relief can be granted to the petitioner even after adding the aforesaid sentence.
