The trial court judgement is dated 08.10.2001 (decree signed on 27.11.2001) passed by learned Sub Judge-III, Deoghar in Title Suit No. 284 of 1997. The Title Suit was decreed. The defendant nos. 1,2,3 who were the contesting defendants were the appellants before the 1st Appellate Court.
