RANCHI, India, March 10 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 9:
1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner claims that she is the mother of the deceased-employee, namely, Late Takenarayan Kumar and after his death, the petitioner is entitled to get the retiral benefits. She also prays that daughter of this petitioner may be considered for compassionate appointment.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Central Coalfields Limited submits that there is rival claim as one lady, namely, Pushpa Kumari, claimed herself is the wife of deceased-Late Takenarayan Kumar and is claiming the similar benefits.
