The petitioner has moved this Court for grant of bail in connection with Ahilyapur P.S. Case No.38 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under sections 411/ 413/ 414/ 419/ 420/ 467/ 468/ 471/ 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 66B/66C/66D of I.T. Act.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is involved in cybercrime.
